You may select which email and text message reminders that you would like to receive from the My Profile page within MyDinersClub.com.
What email and text message reminders will Diners Club send to me?
You can elect to enroll in a number of email and text message reminders that can be sent to your computer, cell phone, or mobile device. You will only be sent the reminders that you select when the specific activity has occured. A few choices include:
  • Account Balance
  • Payment Reminder
  • Payment Past Due
  • Payment Received
  • Unusual Spending
  • New Services

How do I indicate my email address or mobile phone number?
You may indicate your email address or mobile phone number and change enrollment options through the My Profile link within MyDinersClub.com.
How much does it cost to receive/send a text message?
Please contact your service provider to find out if there are fees for receiving text messages.
Are text messages reminders secure?
Because text message reminders are not encrypted, we will never include your password or full account number in text message reminders. Reminder content may include some account information such as account balance or payment due date.
