MyDinersClub

What can I do through MyDinersClub?
MyDinersClub allows you to view current and historical account information through your browser.
In Activity and Statements, you can select from recent transactions, the last statement period, previous statement periods, or periods that span multiple statements. You can examine the details of each transaction, sort transactions by date, description, category or amount, and view graphs representing your spending. You can print and download the information for use in popular spreadsheet and financial management software packages.
Spend Analyzer provides even greater analytical tools for understanding your historical spending patterns—spanning one to 24 months, summarized by spending category with drill-down capabilities to the merchant level and the date level.
Using My Profile you can change your personal preferences and reset your password and User ID online.
How do I gain access to my transaction history on the internet?
For your security, to gain access to MyDinersClub, you must first complete the simple online registration process for each account by providing some confidential account information. Next, choose a Password and User ID. Finally, for extra security select three questions for which only you will know the answers, and you're ready to view your Diners Club account information online.
When can I access MyDinersClub?
MyDinersClub is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Occasional and infrequent interruptions may occur for technical upgrades.
Is it free to access MyDinersClub?
Yes. Diners Club offers MyDinersClub as a free service to members for added convenience in managing Diners Club card accounts. ISP or call charges may apply.
Do I need to re-register for MyDinersClub if I report my card lost or stolen?
No, your replacement card number can be used to log onto MyDinersClub using the same User ID and password as the lost/stolen card.
How current is the information in MyDinersClub?
In most cases, a transaction will appear in MyDinersClub within 24 to 48 hours of being received from a merchant for processing by Diners Club. In some cases, transactions may not appear due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to Diners Club.
Can I see past transaction summaries online? How far back can I go?
MyDinersClub allows you to view up to 24 months of historical account and transaction information. From commencement of this service, your historical information will accumulate over 24 months to two full years of information.
What if I have questions about my online statements and transactions?

Who can access MyDinersClub?
MyDinersClub is available to all Diners Club personal primary account holders, and all business card holders.
How can I search for a transaction in MyDinersClub?
At this time, there is no option to search for transactions that are not displayed on screen. However, you can search from the transactions displayed as follows. On the menu bar, select Edit, then select Find in Page (this may vary by browser). Type in the text you would like to search for in the box that is provided and select Find Next.
Can I download my transaction information to a software program? What are my options?
Yes, you can download your transaction information to multiple file formats, which are able to be imported into a range of popular spreadsheet applications and in many popular financial management software packages. Go to My Profile to set your download preferences.
Can I view MyDinersClub with a mobile device?
No, this option is not currently available.
Can I forego the printed statement for an electronic statement delivered via my email?
No, this option is not currently available on MyDinersClub. The information viewed or downloaded from MyDinersClub is not your Diners Club Statement. The printed statement that we send you is your official statement of account.
Will printed statements be eliminated?
No, if you currently receive a printed statement, Diners Club will continue to provide you with a printed statement in addition to offering MyDinersClub.
How can I request a statement that does not appear on MyDinersClub?
To request a past statement, please contact Customer Service. Please have your Diners Club card ready when you call.

What is the purpose of "My Check" on the Statements tab and how does it work?
To enable you to better manage your billed transactions, you have the ability to mark individual transactions to indicate whether that transaction has been expensed. Alternatively, the checkbox can be used to flag either personal or corporate transactions for your own reasons. To mark a transaction, click on the box beside the transaction and a check/tick will appear. Click Save My Check to save your checks/ticks.
