Registration and Login

I am having problems registering. What is the problem?
When registering, you must ensure that the information entered is correct for the primary cardmember. Check that you have entered all your personal information correctly. If you are still having problems registering for MyDinersClub, call Diners Club Customer Service.

Why am I being asked for Primary Cardmember Information during registration and what does it mean?
To protect your account, at registration you will need to provide the birthdate of the primary cardmember. If you do not have this information, you will not be able to register the account until you do. The primary cardmember is the person who originally opened the Diners Club account. The primary cardmember may in some cases authorize others to possess a card and use the account.
What does Diners Club do with the confidential information I provide?
The confidential registration and personal information is used for authentication only, such as resetting your login credentials or to send account alerts that you have requested. Diners Club does not sell or share any of this information. See Diners Club Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how we protect your information.
How can I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, you can create a new password online after you have logged in. On the My Profile selection page of MyDinersClub, you will see a link to Edit Account Information. Here you can change your password, your User ID, and your Email Address (for security purposes).
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your MyDinersClub password, you can create a new password online. Click on the link Forgot Password? on the login page. You will need to enter your User ID and primary cardmember information as you did during the registration in order to create a new password. If you are still having problems accessing MyDinersClub, call Diners Club Customer Service.

I have forgotten my User ID. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your MyDinersClub User ID, you can create a new User ID online. Click on the link Forgot User ID? on the login page. You will need to enter your account number and password in order to create a new User ID. Additionally, you may choose to have us remember you by selecting Remember User ID on the login page. We will remember your User ID (but not your password). Note: you should never save your User ID on a public computer (e.g. in a library). If you are still having problems accessing MyDinersClub, call Diners Club Customer Service.

Why am I presented with one of my enhanced account security questions when I log in?
For your security, we may occasionally take additional steps to verify your identity. Presenting you with your enhanced account security questions is one way of doing that. You may choose to have us remember your home or office computer by selecting the Remember Me radio dial on the page any time you are presented with a security question to answer, and we will not present you with your security questions as often. Note: you should never ask us to remember you on a public computer (e.g. in a library).
How can I change my security questions or answers?
If you are having problems accessing MyDinersClub or wish to change your security questions, call Diners Club Customer Service.
