Statements and Transactions

How do I gain access to my transaction history on the internet?
For your security, to gain access to MyDinersClub, you must first complete the simple online registration process for each account. Next, choose a Password and User ID. Finally, for extra security select three questions for which only you will know the answers and you're ready to view your Diners Club information online.
What can I do through MyDinersClub Activity & Statements tab?
The Activity & Statements tab of the MyDinersClub website allows you to view current and historical account transaction information. In Activity and Statements, you can select from recent transactions, the last statement period, previous statement periods, or periods that span multiple statements. You can examine the details of each transaction, sort transactions by date, description, category or amount, and view graphs outlining your spending. You can print and download the information for use in popular spreadsheet and financial management software packages.
What can I do on the Account Activity tab?
On the Account Activity tab, you can view summaries of your payment and account activity as well as individual transactions since your last statement or for any statement period in the past 24 months. You can also view transactions and summaries for the current year, for the previous year, for the last 12 months, or for all available periods. Some of the views include graphical summaries by category or over time. By clicking a transaction description or the pointer in front of it, you can display the additional details provided by the merchant. You can print, save to PDF or download any view.
What can I do on the Statements tab?
On the Statements tab, you view summaries of your payment and account activity as well as individual transactions for each statement period in the past 24 months. You can view total purchases, fees and other charges for that statement and for the year to date. By clicking a transaction description or the pointer in front of it, you can display the additional details provided by the merchant. You have the ability to mark individual transactions to indicate whether that transaction has been expensed or flag transactions for your own reasons. You can print, save to PDF or download any view. Diners Club may also provide information of interest to you on your Statements page.
Can I see past transaction summaries online? How far back can I go?
MyDinersClub allows you to view up to 24 months of historical account and transaction information.
Can I download my transaction information to a software program? What are my options?
Yes, you can download your transaction information to multiple file formats, which are able to be imported into a range of popular spreadsheet applications and in many popular financial management software packages. Go to My Profile to set your download preferences.
Can I forego the printed statement for an electronic statement delivered via my email?
No, this option is not currently available. The information viewed or downloaded from MyDinersClub is not your Diners Club Statement. The printed statement that we send you is your official statement of account.
Will printed statements be eliminated?
No, if you currently receive a printed statement, Diners Club will continue to provide you with a printed statement in addition to MyDinersClub
How can I request a statement that does not appear on MyDinersClub?
To request a past statement, please call Diners Club Customer Service. Please have your Diners Club card ready when you call.

What is the purpose of "My Check" and how does it work?
To enable you to better manage your billed transactions, you have the ability to mark individual transactions to indicate whether that transaction has been expensed. Alternatively, the checkbox can be used to flag either personal or corporate transactions for your own reasons. To mark a transaction, click on the box beside the transaction and a check/tick will appear. Click Save My Check to save your checks/ticks.
